Vince Altamura graduated from the University of Southern California in 2011 with a degree in Public Policy, Planning, and Development, with an emphasis in Real Estate Development. A true Manhattan Beach local, Vince attended the city’s public schools and has a deep appreciation for the strength of the community and the quality of its school system, which provides outstanding academic and social opportunities for students.
After USC, Vince pursued an opportunity in New York City, where he spent two years working as a stock trader on Wall Street. That experience helped his understanding of risk versus reward, market timing, and disciplined money management — skills that now play a central role in how he advises real estate clients.
In 2014, Vince returned home to Manhattan Beach to join his family’s real estate business. Over the past decade, his strong relationships within the brokerage community give his clients a competitive edge — from uncovering off-market opportunities to gaining critical insight that helps structure winning deals.
Vince believes real estate markets are largely efficient, and that timing — not perfection — is often the most important decision a buyer can make. He helps buyers understand the value of getting into the market rather than waiting and risking being priced out, while guiding them toward homes that truly fit their lifestyle and long-term needs. On the selling side, Vince focuses on strategic pricing and positioning, helping sellers bring their homes to market in a way that generates strong demand, sells efficiently, and often achieves a higher final sales price.
As a lifelong South Bay resident, Vince offers deep local knowledge of Manhattan Beach and Hermosa Beach neighborhoods, lifestyle nuances, and market trends. Combined with his financial background, he provides clients with both street-level insight and big-picture strategy, helping them make confident, well-informed real estate decisions.
