We will dig in and get to know your deal makers and deal-breakers in what you’re looking for in a home. Hunt for your home & attend open houses
This is where the journey home really gets fun! We will take a virtual video tour of any home that meets your criteria, do live FaceTime tour, and/or go to local open houses with you. We will discuss various negotiation strategies for making an offer on your dream home.



Find the perfect home and make an offer
We will discuss various strategies and alternatives for putting an offer together on the home that is perfect for you. You should be prepared for some negotiations, if the seller should come back with a counteroffer. We’ll walk you through the various scenarios and how we’ll handle them. Once the offer is accepted, you’ll need to get your financing in order!

Acceptance, appraisal and home inspection
The seller has accepted the offer, and the home goes through an appraisal and inspection period. We will suggest a few inspectors and insurance sources that many of our clients have been happy with, and also go over various other inspections you might want to consider. These are the final steps before your home is yours for good!



Time to close and get the keys
After review of any reports received, there may be some last-minute negotiations to go over. Once the funds are released from escrow, you’ll sign the final documents because it’s time to close on your home!
