Vince Altamura graduated from the University of Southern California in 2011 with a degree in Public Policy, Planning, and Development with an emphasis in Real Estate Development.
He attended all the public schools in Manhattan Beach. From my involvement, I can strongly state that the public school system offers great academic and social opportunities for all its students.

After graduation, Vince decided to take up an opportunity in New York City, where I spent 24 months as a stock trader on Wall Street. It was an exhilarating experience, in which Vince learned the importance of risk/reward, and money management.

In 2014, Vince decided to move back to Manhattan Beach to join the family business in real estate. Vince has embraced a career that has now spanned over a decade, during which he has evolved into a seasoned negotiator. His adept skills have been instrumental in holding deals together for both Buyers and Sellers. His well-established connections with agents play a crucial role in securing deals, obtaining valuable information, and ensuring the protection of his clients.

By being a local resident, Vince has intimate knowledge and insight into the various locations of Manhattan and Hermosa Beach. Coupled with his experience on Wall Street, he can help navigate clients to make the most prudent real estate decisions.
