PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES:
We
offer full property management services from rent collection to handling
maintenance services to detailed monthly accounting. We also offer one
time leasing services and vacation rental services. We are equipped to
handle single family homes, condos, multi-family properties and commercial
properties. We can serve all areas of the South Bay.

COMPLETE SERVICE:
All
rents are collected and deposited into trust account. All expenses are
paid as requested by owner (i.e. mortgage, taxes, insurance, etc.). Thorough
monthly statements utilizing tip of the line property management software;
efficient to monitor repair expenses and for tax purposes.
All maintenance requests are recorded. Requests are reviewed before dispatching
workers. Any expense over $350 is authorized by the property owner.
We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for emergency calls.
Periodic inspections of properties are performed for preventative maintenance
purposes. We perform move-in and move-out inspections with tenants to
determine damage and needed vacancy rehab.
We coordinate all repair work on vacancies and needed capital improvements.
We conduct insurance reviews including comparison shopping.

Our
extensive knowledge of the market ensures the highest possible return
on investment.

Preparation of all leases and collection of all move in costs.
